With proper fitness you can enjoy the moments that matter most to you when you leave the training session. Health is much more than pounding out the weights, sprints, or excessive miles. It’s about building up the whole person to thrive emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually with having healthy relationships and boundaries. Training sessions include:
Strength training
Flexibility and stretching
Core exercises
Power and agility
Balance training
Deep breathing, prayer, and meditation
Nutrition coaching
Sessions are usually one hour and can be one on one or in a group.
Sprint and agility training is great when done in the refreshing outdoors. One form of fitness training can be doing some explosive sprints followed by a walk and deep breathing to control the breath and work on resourcing in nature. After a little bit of time, then burst into another sprint followed by another recovery walk. This form of training helps get the heart rate up, improves recovery and muscle memory while not draining the body. It’s fun especially with a group and releases stress! We do many exciting variations of this in group trainings with different stations to rotate through to make sure you are challenged while having a great time!
Flexible Location
Training sessions are done with trainer at a park, gym, your home, or even virtual! Sessions can be for individuals, groups, teams, or camps. Contact and sign up information is on the Contact tab!
